If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so as soon as possible by going to your appointments in the Glambook app and selecting “Cancel” next to the relevant appointment. Please note that there may be a cancellation fee, depending on the beauty professional’s cancellation policy.

If you don’t show up for your appointment, the beauty professional may charge you a no-show fee, depending on their policy. Please note that this fee will be added to your Glambook account balance and you will need to pay it before booking your next appointment.

A late cancellation fee is a fee charged by the beauty professional if you cancel your appointment within a certain amount of time before the appointment. The amount of the fee varies by beauty professional and can be found in their cancellation policy.

To avoid a late cancellation or no-show fee, please make sure to cancel your appointment as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it. You can also set up appointment reminders in the Glambook app to make sure you don’t forget about your upcoming appointment.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you can’t make it to your appointment due to an emergency, please contact the beauty professional as soon as possible to let them know. They may waive the cancellation fee in this case.

If you refuse to pay a cancellation or no-show fee, your Glambook account will be suspended until the fee is paid. Please note that repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in account termination.
